If we do not pick up the phone it means we are caring for another person at that time. We care about you too and will get back to you as quickly as possible.

Rescheduing Appointments
It is our policy to be understanding of normal complications that may arise in the lives of our clients. If you cancel or reschedule your massage appointment with more than 24 hours notice, there is no charge. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you may be charged 100% of your service fee. If you are running late due to traffic, we understand (this is Northern Virginia) and will work with you to fit your full appointment in if at all possible. Family emergencies and other unforseen circumstances will be addressed on an individual basis. We would rather hear from you in advance and reschedule the appointment than have to charge a Cancellation/No Show fee.
