Michele is a licensed massage therapist (LMT) in Northern Virginia, specializing in Manual Lymphatic Drainage as well as Medical Massage. She is currently certified in Myofascial Release, Cupping, and is a  Reiki Master/Teacher. Michele previously worked as an IT Operations/Project Manager.

Michele truly understands the pain and fatigue associated with the extended hours behind a computer and the long term condition of Kyphosis. Kyphosis is where your shoulders and neck to slump forward causing pain to the back, shoulders and neck. This is a serious condition that can be corrected with regular massage and bodywork that allows you to comfortably correct your body mechanics at your work station. Michele also specializes in Lymphatic Drainage and has advanced training in MLD. Michele likes working with Hot Stones to help her release tight muscles and relax her clients.

She has decided to use her hands and heart, to help her clients find relief from the pain and stress incurred from overuse injuries and chronic positioning with poor body mechanics. She would be honored to help you too.
